Dr. Shibley Telhami, Anwar Sadat Professor for Peace and Development, has released the latest findings from the University of Maryland Critical Issues Poll, fielded with Ipsos, on the timely issue of perceived foreign intelligence links to the operations of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The findings show that only 6% of Americans say it is probable that Jeffrey Epstein did not collaborate with a foreign intelligence service (down from 35% in August), while 45% said he likely did collaborate (up from 15% in August). 48% said they didn't know. In an open-ended question, respondents specified the intelligence services of Russia and Israel at the top of the list, with Republicans specifying Israel's intelligence services first and Democrats specifying Russia's first.
